Stop spam bots at the door. New members are muted until they prove they're human; the challenge is attached to the welcome message, so keep /welcome on.

How it works¶
- Three wrong answers in math/text mode → a 1 hour temporary ban.
- Members who passed once aren't asked again when they rejoin. Admins and approved users are never challenged.
- Join requests (groups with approval): the challenge is sent in private and the request is approved automatically on success, declined after three failures.
- Anything a muted, unverified member manages to post is deleted.
- The button stays until the member solves it;
/cleanwelcomedelays apply only after that.
