Terms of service

Last updated: 13 October 2026. These terms govern the use of the Leoward Telegram bot (the "Service"), operated by Nuvora Corp, S.A.S. de C.V. (San Salvador, El Salvador), contact [email protected] (the "Operator").

1. The Service

Leoward is a Telegram group-management bot. By adding it to a group or interacting with it you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Leoward to breach the Telegram Terms, harass people, spread illegal content or bypass security measures. Moderation decisions in each group are taken by its admins; the Operator does not review and is not responsible for group content.

3. Plans and payments

The Free plan costs nothing. The Pro plan is paid with Telegram Stars at the prices published on Plans and pricing. Payments are processed by Telegram; the Operator never receives or stores card data. The plan belongs to the group and lasts for the purchased period; time stacks on renewal. Refunds: within 7 days of purchase if Pro has not been used, by request in the support group.

4. Availability

The Operator aims to keep the Service running continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn, with reasonable notice in the news channel when paid plans are affected.

5. Data

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including deleted messages, removed users or lost configuration caused by group admins' decisions or by failures of the Telegram platform.

7. Changes

The Operator may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the news channel. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Disputes are subject to the courts of San Salvador, unless the consumer law applicable to the user provides otherwise.
