Let members call the admins when something goes wrong.

• /report [reason] or @admin [reason]: reply to the offending message. All admins get a silent mention and, in supergroups, a button that jumps to the message.
• /reports <on/off>: enable or disable reports.

Admins can't be reported and reports from admins are ignored. Reports are also written to your log channel.
