Keep a permanent record of what admins and automations do, including who did it.

1. Create a channel and add me as an admin.
2. Send /setlog in the channel.
3. Forward that message to the group.

Several groups can share one channel.

• /unsetlog: stop logging.
• /logchannel: show the current channel.
• /logcategories: list the categories.
• /log <categories> and /nolog <categories>: pick what gets logged (settings, admin, user, automated, reports, other).
