Silent actions¶
Info
This page is generated from the bot's built-in help (/help).
Every automated punishment (locks, blocklists, antiflood, warn limits, CAPTCHA...) has a silent variant: prefix the action with s, e.g. sban, skick, smute, stban 1d, stmute 2h or swarn. Examples: /setflood 10 smute, /addblocklist "buy crypto"`,/setwarnmode sban,/lock url sdelete`.
When a silent mode triggers, the offending message is removed and the user is punished, but nothing is said in the group. Admins still get the full record in the log channel.
/silentactions[on|off]: allow silent modes in this group (owner only). Turning it on requires a log channel (/setlog) so that actions never go unseen.
If the log channel is removed later, silent modes automatically fall back to their normal, announced versions until a channel is set again.
Note: the silent commands admins type by hand (/sban, /smute, /skick, /swarn) always work: they delete the command and the replied message and act quietly, regardless of this setting.
